The international organization "Ja volim Francusku" has the honor of inviting you to the conference entitled "Journey through Michelin's 88-year old history", which will be held on March 4, 2025 at the Pullman Zagreb hotel, in cooperation with the hotel company MPPD d.o.o.
This conference will provide a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the skills, knowledge and experience of one of the world's most renowned chefs, Michel Husser, the owner of the restaurant "Le Cerf", the only restaurant in the world to hold a Michelin Star for 88 consecutive years!
On this occasion, Mr. Husser will take us on a journey through Michelin Stars history through the story of a family tradition carried on for four generations. After the conference, an interactive panel discussion with Mr. Husser and several top experts in the field of gastronomy and hospitality will further enrich this experience and enable a discussion on current topics from these sectors.
The registration fee is EUR 80.00 per person, including VAT.
